WHY CHOOSE US?
100% Transparency: All Clients have 24/7 access to their case file. You'll always be able to view your case in real time!
One of the most common tactics that the credit bureaus employ when we dispute on your behalf is sending back a stall letter stating that the dispute was frivolous. It is all part of the credit repair process and is nothing to worry about. It is not uncommon to receive a rejection letter stating that the dispute was "frivolous or irrelevant."
Fortunately for our clients, Best Legal Credit Repair Credit Repair has a strong understanding of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) which provides a roadmap of operational guidelines for the credit bureaus. The fact that we understand the FCRA guidelines we have an edge to making sure that the bureaus do not stall us for long.
The vast majority of credit repair disputes submitted to the credit bureaus are processed, but "frivolous letter" rejections are still bound to happen in spite of the clarity and completeness of our disputes. The credit bureaus are allowed to reject disputes under Section 611, but they often use this clause as a way to reduce their work load.
We want our clients to understand that credit repair sometimes requires diligence. You must have patience with us to continue to work with the system to remove bad credit in spite of its imperfections. We guarantee that your patience and our persistence will pay off.
Under Section 611 (a) (3), it states that : "A consumer reporting agency may terminate a reinvestigation of information disputed by a consumer under that paragraph if the agency reasonably determines that the dispute by the consumer is frivolous or irrelevant, including by reason of a failure by a consumer to provide sufficient information to investigate the disputed information." This is a law which is sometimes abused and used as a loophole by the credit bureaus. Best Legal Credit Repair will fight on your behalf to make sure they are following the law and not deeming a legit dispute as frivolous
If you are a current client and get a "frivolous letter" from one of the credit bureaus, simply send it to us as soon as possible. When we receive it we will respond immediately with the legal language to help expedite the dispute so that we can attain the desired results. We are capable of demanding that the item be investigated or we can persue further and sue the bureau on your behalf for not investigating an item properly.
